£100.00 ($165.00) deposit for each
week booked. This deposit also applies to bookings for
less than 7 nights.
- Balance due ten weeks prior to arrival.

For each booking we require a Security Deposit of £200 ($350 for our US guests) against loss or damage to our home. Once our Management Company have carried out a thorough inspection after your departure and we are satisfied no loss or damage has occurred during your stay, the Security Deposit will be returned by post within 21 days after your return home.
- A provisional booking may be made by telephone
and held for 7 days, pending receipt of
booking fee and completed Booking Form. Only those persons
named on the Booking Form
are
authorised to use the property.
Changes to the persons booked to occupy the villa must be notified to the owner
prior to
arrival for insurance
purposes.
- All cancellations
MUST be made in writing.
- Owners
will endeavour to accommodate booking changes where possible.
In the event of a cancellation the following
charges will apply:
30 - 60 days notice
50% of the rental
will be charged.

30 days notice
100% of the rental will be charged.
- It is the clients own responsibility to have adequate
holiday insurance to cover personal
injury/damage/accidents. No claim whatsoever will be accepted by the
owners of the
property.
- Please ensure you have travel
insurance to cover you for cancellation as well as medical
cover as the costs in Florida are extremely high.
- All problems to be referred
to 24/7 local Management Company.
- Clients may use the pool facilities at their own risk. Safety
signs are displayed within the
home.
- The villa is available
after 4pm for guest arrival and to be vacated before 10am on the day of
departure.
- We accept no liability to pay compensation in
respect of any damage, loss or changes
arising from unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, including
but not limited to
hurricanes, floods, major events etc.
- Please note that during extreme cold weather spells, the owners cannot
guarantee the pool
will
reach a comfortable temperature. In this event the owners regret no refunds
will be made
for prepaid
pool heating.

- ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorisation)
From Jan 09, all travellers to the US will be required to complete an online ESTA application prior to travel. This replaces the US visa waiver program and without it you wont be able to travel! Click Here to visit ESTA Applications.
