Prices are for the villa not per person and inclusive of all US local and state taxes.
A cleaning surcharge of $115 will be added for stays less than 7 nights.

Discounts may be given to smaller families and last minute bookings (subject to availability).

Our spacious villa accommodates two families in absolute luxury in superb surroundings.

Our home sleeps 10 people + infants.  That's less than £10 per person per night.

Payment to be made by cheque.
Last minute bookings may have to be paid by bank transfer.
