Our home is located within a prestigious conservation area called Cumbrian Lakes, nestled within a 200 acre conservation area with lakes and fountains, which provide a hospitable habitat for Cranes, Ospreys, Blue Herons, Eagles, Raccoons, Armadillos, Turtles and Deer. There is a Nature Trail and Children's Playground and Fishing is permitted on the lake our villa overlooks.

Our two storey villa is built on a PREMIUM plot OVERLOOKING a LAKE. NO PUBLIC WALK THROUGH. To maximise outdoor living to the full our Pool & Spa area have extensive lighting to make the most of the all year round Florida temperature.
We continually upgrade all furnishings, bed linen/ towels and amenities to maintain our FIVE STAR status. All bed linen is 500 thread count and all beds have quilted mattress and pillow protectors for additional comfort.

I would like to thank you for letting our family enjoy a pleasurable and enjoyable stay in you home at Cumbrian Lakes.
I'm lost for words as to say how much the villa and pool was so important on the cold and rainy days at the beginning of our stay.
When your management company contacted us the only complaint was the pool was too hot we could not keep the kids out (well worth the cost).
May I compliment you on the wow factor and abundance of extras included in the villa and it's excellent location. We will be visiting Florida again will use ourselves and recommend your home to friends.
